Large span arch bridges are widely used in highway Bridges in our country.With the development of science and technology, the span of arch bridge increases gradually, its seismic performance also causes a lot of attention from all walks. Based on the pseudo-static model experiments, this paper makes three different researches of seismic performance of arch bridge according to the shortage of large span arch bridge seismic performance evaluation. Main research works are as follows:(1) It sets up respectively the calculation model of the long-span arch bridge theory under the action of the main seismic wave and the equivalent seismic wave. Based on the energy equivalence principle, the main shock and strong aftershock wave synthetic equivalent seismic waves. According to the main shock waves and strong aftershock equivalent seismic analysis of long-span arch bridge displacement, internal force, input of energy, kinetic energy, hysteretic energy dissipation and damping energy dissipation etc. to illustrate the effect of strong aftershocks of large span arch bridge structure cannot be ignored.(2) It has designed and produced three groups of arch bridge structure model for pseudo-static experiment. Piers respectively are made of reinforced concrete, steel skeleton concrete, concrete filled steel tube structure,1.5m high piers. Reinforced concrete piers and steel reinforced concrete bridge pier cross-section size is300mm*300mm, concrete-filled steel tube bridge pier is300mm in diameter, steel tube arch rib section diameter of165mm. Through pseudo static test obtained under axial pressure ratio, different structure of the hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, ductility ratio and stiffness degradation curve, piers and seismic performance indicators has carried on the comparative analysis of the above.(3) Using carbon fiber cloth to reinforce concrete arch bridge structure and the reinforcing steel concrete arch bridge piers of damaged. Completed the corresponding pseudo-static experiment, compared and analyzed with the previous strengthening structure seismic mechanics performance, it obtains hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, ductility ratio, load decay curve and stiffness degradation curve of the structure after reinforcement, showing the importance of carbon fiber cloth reinforcement on bridge piers.
