In recent years, the rapid economic development led to the rapidpace of urbanization footsteps. However, rapid economic growth as wellas infrastructure also brings excessive energy consumption, In the processof the energy consumption, building air conditioning energy consumptionaccounted for a certain proportion. As for a set of building airconditioning system, Air conditioning heating and cooling sourceequipment is the key to meet the demand of heating and cooling load in abuilding, and it is the important equipment to realize energy consumptionand transformation. The performance of air conditioning heating andcooling source equipment has a large effect on building air conditioningenergy consumption. Therefore, reasonable selection and designing ofheating and cooling source equipment for air conditioning systems is animportant way of reducing building energy consumption as well asrealizing building energy efficiency.In this paper, an energy saving transformation scheme has beenput forward for an office building in hot summer and cold winter areas. Itis called Integrated Air-Conditioning system which Combined solarenergy heating technology, energy tower heat pump heating technologyand regenerative heating technology. Firstly,the feasibility of the systemcould meet the annual cooling and heating demand has been confirmedby theoretical calculation.Secondly, partial performance test has made based on the similarproject with the designed in the same place under the same outdoorparameters, by combining the TRNSYS software simulation method, thebest running configuration system in adverse climate conditions allyear-round has been explored in hot summer and cold winter areas. Therunning rule, cooling and heating performance has been analyzed underthe condition of four kinds of typical climate conditions and thecorresponding optimal run configuration all year-round. The result helpsfinding out the poor performance of the working conditions. Then, aimed at the situation for the poor operating performance, theCFD numerical simulation method has been used to optimized designingon energy tower heat exchange structure,lastly,the energy-saving and environmental benefits of the system isanalyzed quantitatively,from which we get the better sides of the energytower that can improve the heat transfer efficiency between air and heatexchanger in the tower.In the end, on the basis of summing up the research in this article, afew suggestions about further explore around the operating performanceand regularities of the system has been put forward.
