As the key parts of the hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge, The mechanicalcharacteristics and transfer mechanism of steel-concrete hybrid girder, Not only bytheir material properties, and has a close relationship with the shear connectors withinthe Combined Sections. This article is based on the latest research results at home andabroad. Rely on "the single tower with single cable plane span hybrid girdercable-stayed bridge design and construction of key technology research" of the YunnanProvincial Communications. The stud shear connectors and PBL shear connectors ofCombined Sections as the test object, study its shear properties and failure mechanism.The main contents are as follows:(1) Experimental research on20stud shear connectors and PBL shear connectorsspecimen wiht ordinary concrete and RPC. The results show that: Each specimen arepass shear Member shearing failure, ultimate bearing capacity have been give fullplay; The capacity and ductility performance of PBL shear connectors throughoutingthe reinforcement showed significant improvement.The cohesive action accountingfor PBL shear connectors total carrying capacity of20%, the tenon20%, thethroughouting reinforcement20%; The bearing capacity, shear stiffness and ductilityproperties of PBL shear connectors are superior to stud shear connectors.(2) The stud shear connectors and PBL shear connectors’ finite element modelwas established using ANSYS finite element software. To verify the calculationresults, the results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Quantitativeanalysis of the main parameters affect the of PBL shear connectors’ mechanicalproperties, The results show that: For the pure tenon shear connector, all mechanicalproperties determined by the material properties. For the PBL shear connectorsthroughouting reinforcement, due to all specimen are pass shear member shearingfailure; The carrying capacity degree of influence with Perfusion materia is less thanthe pure tenon shear connector;The ultimate shearing resistance of PBL shearconnectors throughouting reinforcement and the aperture approximately parabolicrelationship; In the case of aggregate into the holes; The ultimate shearing resistanceof PBL shear connectors throughouting reinforcement increased with reinforcementdiameter; The transverse reinforcement ratio has a direct impact to failure pattern ofshear connectors.(3) Describes the domestic typical PBL shear connectors plug-in test similar with this article, The PBL shear connectors’ calculation methods at home and abroad aresummarized, According to this paper test results and each component of theproportion of the total carrying capacity of PBL shear connectors, Regression the newultimate shearing resistance calculation formula of PBL shear connectors, and in goodagreement with the experimental results; The formula take into account the impact ofthe steel and concrete bonding role, tenon, reinforcement and other factors on thebearing capacity of PBL shear connectors, generally applicable to ordinary concreteand RPC.
