Power system voltage stability problem has always been a hot problem fordomestic scholars concern.And in recent years, the increasing air conditioner loadundoubtedly brought great impact to the stability of the system voltage.So,this papermean to study the impact of air conditioning load accessing to distribution networkvoltage and its control stratedy.In this paper,we firstly discuss the issue of the vulnerability of the powersystem.We analysis and compare with several research methods that studiers used inthe study of power system vulnerability outside and in.We take use of secsitivityanalysis method based on generalized Tellegen theorem because that it’s not limitedto network topology and can be applied to general physical network,and it can beintuitive to assess the effect of variables of various parameters on systemvulnerability.Take IEEE33nodes system as an example,after severarl simulationcalculations,we get the voltage weak points of the system.Secondly this paper simplyintroduce the structure, working principle and classification of single airconditioning.In this paper,load characteristics of air conditioning is introduced indetal.This paper expounds a method for aggregation of air conditioning model and usethe aggregation model to the voltage weak points that calculated before.We set upthree simulation scenes:air conditioning load to total load ratio is0%,30%,60%.Thisarticle simulate the impact load and two three-phase short circuit fault occurringdisturbances and observe the effect of air conditioning load under different faults todistribution network voltage stability.Aiming at the influence of the air conditioningload,three different control strategies are proposed and finally take the controlstratege that baesd on reactive-load compensation equipment STATCOM.This paperfirst propose the installation of STATCOM device in fragile degrees higher pointscontrol strategy.In theree load nodes that have different voltage vulnerability aresimulated,finaly gets the optimal control scheme.Simulation results show that the joint of air conditioning load can cause biggerinpact to power grid voltage.Because of the startup and locked-rotor characteristic ofthe air conditioning load,when the air conditioning load in the process of cutting willcause lager impact on power system. For air conditioning load and the control strategyof simulation show that the influence of the fragile degrees higher installation of STATCOM device node control effect is better than in fragile degrees lower nodesequipped with effect. After installation of STATCOM device simulation results showsthat at the same time, can suppress the voltage drop to some extent, stable voltagefluctuations, effectively maintain system stability.
