With the port city paying more attention to environmental protection, the voice ofthe shipping stopped at the port which use pollution-free shore power is growinglouder and louder. Now various countries in the world make use of technology shorepower to solve the problem of electrical system differences. High-performanceelectronic shore power equipment will completely settle the difficulty of electricalsystem in the harbor. In line with the Electronic shore power supply performanceindicators, this article designed electronic shore power converter control system andprotection system.(1)This article analyzes the status and development trends of the inverter controltechnology at home and abroad, points out the limitations of the existing converters,establish the mathematical analysis model of topology of electronic shore powerconverters, decouple the control amount of the converter under the coordinate systemof the two-phase, which greatly simplified the control design of converters.(2)This article elaborates separately on control module, optical fibercommunication module, signal detection module and human-computer interactionmodule based on DSP28335, and components and achievable principles of eachmodule are analyzed. Aimed at the indicator need of converters, a combined controlstrategy based on repetitive control and neural network internal model control israised and the software control structure of the converter’s control system isintroduced.(3)This article states the line of thinking about designing the short-circuit currentlimiting protection system of converters on the basis of all sorts of possible failures inengineering applications, and the principle of limiting protection system is explained,which based on the coalescent of hardware driver blockade according to instantaneouscurrent detecting and constant current control software. Meanwhile, the IGBTover-voltage protection methods and the over-heat monitoring protection methods aredesigned.(4)This article builds a converter experimental test platform based on the existingexperimental conditions. Through the load testing of converters including rectifierunit and the inverter unit, the various waveform data of steady-state performance,dynamic performance and robust performance about the converter are obtained in order to checkout the limit protection system.Finally, the experimental result indicate that the control system involved in thisthesis meet the demand of electronic shore power supply. Because the outputwaveform is stable and accuracy, dynamic performance and robust performance aregood.Thus, the limit protection system is able to achieve the expected goal ofprotecting the converter.
