Research On Construction Quality Management Of Dawenkou Bridge Engineering

Infrastructure construction has been an unprecedented development coming up with the further penetrating of China’s modernization. As part of largest and most difficulty in fracture, bridge construction has also been great developed. Bridge engineering records constantly refreshed, landmarks, construction projects continue to emerge, but the rapid development speed of bridge engineering has been focus too much on construction schedule rather than the quality of the project, which may finally leading to disastrous consequences, not only affect human productivity, but also their ordinary life and property, Furthermore, the nation-development and the social-stability could also be seriously affected. Bridge engineering plays a vital role in transportation and human productivity according to its extreme constructing difficulties and long life period. Quality control is the most noteworthy aspects, this literature will combine the current quality control phenomena and some effective control measures for simple analysis.This dissertation involved using of four kinds of applied research methods which include literature analysis, interviews, comparison with comprehensive analysis, and case study. The references of literature analysis is mainly the domestic and foreign research literature summary, from the investigation of literature data quality management of the bridge and inductive analysis based on modern bridge construction quality management research status to identify previous studies Bridge Engineering Quality deficiencies and defects. In addition, this method can also be used to accumulate individual quality management theory to form the theoretical basis of this article. Interview analysis method is mainly using Dawenkou interviews of on-site managers to summarize the current Dawenkou bridge construction quality management problems, and to analyze the causes of problems. Comparison with comprehensive analysis is mainly using of contrast, integrated logical thinking, to discover the better functions and to reset valid countermeasures of bridge construction quality management.Case study, through the study of theory is applied in practical cases, and systematic analysis, to explore the successful strategy of the sustainable development for China’s bridge construction quality management and control.This article discusses the first bridge quality management related theories in bridge construction management features, bridge construction quality management and control characteristics and influencing factors, methods, and so on. In this paper, Dawenkou bridge rehabilitation project as an example been studied to analysis of the current bridge construction quality problems in the management and in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting the quality of construction, finally, the paper systematically proposed related measures and recommendations in bridge construction quality management. In this paper, following conclusions been draw:First, through interviews with research that, at present Dawenkou bridge projects, staff at all levels in project department with poor awareness about quality management, quality management institutions similar to non-existent, the bridge construction quality control ineffective, unqualified machine, equipment, materials, supervision, quality testing method is relatively backward, non-compliance safe and civilized construction environment; unstitch engineering evaluation and acceptance during project accomplishment.Second, through further understanding of Dawenkou bridge projects department, resulting in a bridge construction project quality management issues are subjective reasons in which senior project management staff quality consciousness is weak, poor awareness of the quality in middle management, on-site construction quality frontline staff ignored management, monitoring quality awareness is poor. For objective reasons, including personnel management, for technical reasons, the construction environment, progress control, construction costs, capital investment and other reasons such as improper convergence.Third, a careful analysis of mountain Dawenkou bridge construction quality management problems and reasons, We need to put much more effort to establish and improve project quality management system, clear responsibilities and obligations of quality management, the quality of the construction quantitative assessment, to strengthen the awareness of quality management project management training and education, at the same time, we must also deal with bridge management schedule management and quality management, and setting up the management of the whole process-based quality management system, and in the course of construction science applying quality management approach.
