Research On The Quality Management Of Shuangyong Bridge Construction Project In Liuzhou

With the continuous development of China's economy and the constantly deepening of the infrastructure,large of problems about projects quality have been exposed.Construction has always been the residents' important activities places of daily life,it's extremely meaningful for people's lives.Project quality not only concerns safety of people's life and property but also determines their quality of life.Besides,project quality is the force of social development as well.Shuangyong Bridge Project in Liuzhou is a large construction project whose technology is sophisticated.It has five features:The quality of the project was affected by many factors,the quality fluctuation was big,the invisibility of quality was large,the limitation of final inspection was great,and the quality variance was big as well.Perfect project quality management has a number of advantages.Firstly,it can shorten total operating cycle effectively and improve operational efficiency,it can also save time for organization and project.Secondly,it can reduce the cost for meeting the quality requirements.Thirdly,it can shorten inventory turnover cycle and improve production efficiency.Lastly,it can ensure project quality and meet customer's demands so that the organization maximize their profits.This thesis takes Shuangyong Bridge Project in Liuzhou as the main study object.Using the theory of project quality management,the paper put forward the study of Shuangyong Bridge Project quality management on the basis of analyzing the project survey systematically.Shuangyong Bridge Project quality management include three aspects:Shuangyong Bridge Project quality plan,Shuangyong Bridge Project quality assurance and Shuangyong Bridge Project quality control.First of all,this paper formulated the quality plan of Shuangyong Bridge Project on the basis of analyzing the background,quality standard,and technical standards of Shuangyong Bridge Project.Then,according to the quality plan,performed quality assurance to the project.Finally,performed quality control to the project in order to improve the quality of Shuangyong Bridge Project.The study of Shuangyong Bridge Project quality management in this paper has proved that the theory of project quality management is feasible and reasonable to improve the quality of the bridge engineering,this also has reference significance for other construction projects.
