Research On The Quality Management Of LN Hospital Outpatient And Emergency Building Construction Project

In recent years, China’s social and economic development is rapid and the scale of the towns is constantly expanding. People’s demand for the construction industry continues to upgrade and the construction industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. Due to the long-term, space fixity, irreversible, high value and other characteristics of construction projects, construction quality becomes the first element of the construction project. The level of construction project quality is not only related to project their own economic, the construction enterprise’s growth and development, but also related to the safety of the lives and property of the people. Therefore, the studying of how to use the advanced quality management methods to ensure the quality of construction projects has a very important practical significance.Basing on the study of the basic theory of construction project quality management, this paper does the research on the quality management of LN hospital outpatient and emergency building construction project from the perspective of construction company. First, the paper introduces the basic situation and the characteristics of LN hospital outpatient and emergency building construction project. Then according to the actual situation of the project, we draw up the project quality plan which primarily determined the overall project quality management organization, estimates of persons and goods needed the major construction methods and construction site layout. After that the paper established the quality assurance system of the projects, including strengthening communication and collaboration between the participants, assurance of system and quality audit. Quality assurance was applied in the whole process of LN hospital outpatient and emergency building construction project. Finally, we could divide quality control into three stages: advance control, process control, afterwards control and we should put the focus on advance control and process control.
