Water-saving irrigation canal seepage control project is an important part of the project, concrete is the most widely used building material, in-situ concrete canal seepage technology is conducive to the realization. However, the thickness of concrete canal lining generally thin, large-area thin concrete structures belonging to the hardening and hardened concrete due to wind reduction, shrinkage, temperature changes and ground subsidence produce different degrees of crack for channel seepage brought some difficulty.To overcome the above disadvantages of the concrete, the concrete often adding various organic materials to reduce the elastic modulus of concrete. Rubber powder mixed concrete can be made to absorb the energy corresponding deformation, while blocking the development of cracks continue to expand and thus effectively prevent segregation of the aggregate, to ensure the density of the concrete, toughness and impact resistance, more easily reduced the occurrence of cracks in concrete, fully meet the requirements of the concrete canal lining.In view of this, the paper will test the performance of rubber concrete research, the main contents include:(1)mixing the rubber powder was subjected concrete slump and air content tests, study variation.(2)for different dosage of rubber powder concrete were tested to study the different dosage rubber powder concrete compressive strength, frost resistance and impermeability of the variation.(3)through the grout cracking susceptibility test specimens and concrete specimen deformation, fracture tests, etc., on the deformation of rubber powder concrete properties and crack resistance are discussed, the concrete work on the rubber powder, crack resistance, mechanical properties, durability and rubber powder microstructure of concrete conducted a preliminary study.(4)through the actual project site testing, inspection contingency and rubber powder concrete compressive strength of concrete block, frost resistance and impermeability changes.Through laboratory and practical engineering studies have shown that rubber powder can improve the concrete cracking of concrete, durability, for the control of cracks in the concrete canal lining provides a new technical measures to improve the thin-walled structure similar to the crack resistance of concrete provides a new technical solutions.
