Microwave heating makes material create volume warming-up by penetrating microwaveinto its inside, it characterizes on uniform distribution of temperature field and rapidtemperature rise. Currently, due to there is super high temperature and strong electromagneticfield in microwave field, also the way of temperature measurement is different as usual,Infrared measurement and optical fiber measurement are used in most cases of microwaveheating equipments, but they are expensive, only cost of measurements takes about30%ofthe total, too much manufacturing cost blocks the development of microwave heatingequipments, so precision measurement had been one of the key process of microwave heatingcontrol.In this thesis, through testing the ordinary thermocouple in self-made microwave sinterequipment in laboratory, research and analyze existing problems, reform ordinarythermocouple and design a new thermocouple that adapt to microwave strong electromagneticfield.In this thesis, by using self-designed thermocouple, several tests had been done inmicrowave field comparing with infrared measurement. Take the latter as standard, analyzethe temperature difference between them and establish functional relation, designthermocouple temperature measurement system in microwave field, introduce the designprocess of hardware and software separately. Hardware system is constituted of four modules,including temperature signal collection and conversion module, SCM module, keyboardmodule and display module. On design aspect of software, some parts of software weredesigned match to hardware, serial communication programme and A/D conversion subprogramme were written.This thesis gives a brief introduction of measurement test by using new designedthermocouple measurement system, quantitative and qualitative analysis and validation ofreliability of technics and system.
