In recent years, China’s railway industry has developed rapidly, especially since thereform and opening up, coupled with the introduction of foreign technology, the constructionof the railway mileage and speed increase is very rapid. Therefore, with the development ofthe railway, the railway construction techniques and tools required will become increasinglyhigh, especially in railway construction is a major problem to overcome-the tunnel andunderground engineering, because of its specificity, since the whole railway project the toppriority, but also the most expensive railway engineering part, while the process of buildingrelationships across the railway and efficiency. Coupled with the railway tunnel constructionhas a hidden, complexity, uncertainty, etc., often resulting in the decision-making dilemma,or even major security incidents caused by the larger human and material losses. Therefore,the tunnel underground projects;especially rail tunnel project risk research has greatly roleand practical significance.The main content of this article is the use of the new Austrian tunneling method usedduring the construction of a comprehensive assessment of unclear way for evaluation. First,this article describes the theoretical basis of risk theory, focuses on a comprehensiveevaluation method based on theories unclear. Second, for now, some take clear assessmentof the shortcomings of the tunnel risk analysis, and its goal is to engineering applications,careful analysis of the various aspects of the new Austrian tunneling effects in the riskdetermined on the basis of the main factors that affect it, and fuzzy mathematics theory, riskanalysis theory founded NATM tunneling unclear risk analysis evaluation model andevaluation criteria. Third to take clear confirmation of AHP weights and main researchquestions are arranged weighted calculation based on a rectangle by using combinationsunclear New Austrian Tunneling unclear risk assessment methods, and to make riskassessments more tunnel construction reasonably good, and then make it more feasible.Fourth, this article rationality and feasibility of the method by calculating and analyzingengineering examples verified.Through the above analysis and research, for the railway tunnel construction processprone to risk circumvention of the measures and provide methods for the construction of the railway tunnel project to provide better advice and opinions.
