In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the demand for transportation infrastructure in daily life is getting higher and higher.More and more seabed tunnels are already under planning and construction.Because the seabed tunnel is built under endless sea water,any omission in the link will lead to a huge disaster and cause huge economic losses and casualties.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the research on the safety risk assessment of seabed tunnel construction.This paper take research on related literature,combined expert investigation method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to study the risk assessment during construction of immersed tunnel.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Through the compilation of related literature on risk management,give the basic theory and process of risk assessment.2.Through the study on the risk mechanism,combined the characteristics of immersed tunnel construction,take a comprehensive identification of the risk factors existed in the construction process.Take a scientifically rational classification on risk sources,and established a construction safety risk assessment index system for immersed tunnels which composed by indicator layer,criteria layer and target layer.3.Explained the methods of multiple risk assessment in detail,and make summary of the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods.Through the comprehensive comparison,select the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make the research on safety risk assessment of submarine immersed tunnel construction.4.Using the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a construction safety risk assessment model for immersed tunnel.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the risk factors.According to the classification of risk levels in the current standards,confirmed the evaluation standards and risk acceptance criteria of risk probability level,risk loss level,total risk level for immersed tunnel construction safety risk assessment study.5.Based on the obtained results,take a risk assessment on a immersed tunnel at the mouth of the Pearl River,analyzed the risks that are likely to occur in various construction links and proposed countermeasures.The evaluation result is that the safety risk probability level of the immersed tunnel is III,the risk loss level is III the overall risk level is III,the risk level is acceptable,but the risk reduction measures must be implemented,and the emergency needs to be prepared.
