From the birth date, flight accident occurs as the shadow follows the form like,the cause is not technology most flight accidents of the defect, but problems incommunication, coordination and decision making. The air force in the past fewdecades, the accumulation of experience, the accident rate has declined, but from theaccident statistics, the human errors in the proportion of accident statistics still high.That large number of flight accident investigation, modern plane crash especiallyautomated cockpit flight accidents, mostly due to the cockpit order confusion, lack ofproper leadership and collective decision-making errors and other factors, and thecore content of crew resource management is to improve crew communication skills,team cooperation spirit, assign task in order to make the right decision. Therefore,research on crew resource management is particularly important. Crew resourcemanagement is a system of "the human-machine-environment-the task", in thissystem, people are the main factors, but also means that the members of the team, theteam’s role can not be ignored. The internal harmony of the high performance teamhas a very high, its members can help each other, complement each other, can realizethe perfect coordination through timely and accurate communication, each person’sability and performance together, the overall performance of the team will be fargreater than the individual performance of the comprehensive. In our army blew thetroop of crew resource management training, through the analysis of crew resourcemanagement training, exchange of situation awareness training, problem solvingskills, obedience training, the relationship of stress management training and review skills training from six aspects such as the status question, revealed the presence inthe use of crew resource management training process, in the aspects of the cockpit ofinterpersonal communication,pilots focus only on the ground crew coordination,while in the air, but ignore the other members with the communication, consider thatis the old route, over with, do not need a pilot that I could fly back, ignoring theimportance of crew coordination and communication, not in the ground coordinationrequirements operation, the captain will represent the problem of crew, in psychology,pilots lack of inherent law of crew resource management training to grasp, so far wehave no a generally accepted norm pilots mental training, leads to the presence ofrandom psychological training pilot process, the lack of systematic problemsnecessary. After discovering the question and analyzing the problems, from thestrengthening of the cockpit exchanges, establish crew resource management system,develop the "five long" consciousness, psychological training of flight personnelregularly, improve the four aspects of psychological qualities and advances somecountermeasures for improving crew resource management, obtained the crewresource management is to strengthen the unit team consciousness, improve the workefficiency of the whole unit, the formation and development of pilots and flight crewdecision-making ability, the cultivation of the consciousness of good cockpit situation,utilization of resources and rational decision-making capacity, give full play topeople’s positive factors, reduce human errors, reduce flight accidents, ensure the airforce long time flight safety.
