Metro is the main part of urban rail transit, because of the innovation of metro technology and the urgent demand of urban development, the planning and operating metro lines and the traffic density keep increasing. Therefore, the metro operation management will become more and more difficult and complicated.The driver crew management refers to the management of driver crew information, including the driver crew planning and issue, personal information management, drivers’ attendance and off-duty management, driver crew information statistics, etc. As an important part in metro operation management, the management level of driver crew management will directly affect the main metro train operation efficiency and security as well as the economic benefit of the enterprise. At present, the driver crew management of subway uses the artificial way basically which is time-consuming, tedious and error-prone. So it plays an important role in metro operation management to build driver crew management information system, and it’s also the inexorable trend of the future metro operation management development.Embarking from the actual operation, this paper analyzes and researches on the management of driver crew work informatization, systematization and intellectualized. First of all, analyzes the related research status domestic and overseas, then discusses the general situation of the metro driver crew management, analyzes the main problems existing in the current, and expounds the basic principles of driver crew planning. Secondly, embarking from the system aspect, analyzes the system requirement based on the information related to driver crew management, and designs the system from the function, structure, database, etc. Afterwards, analyzes the crew scheduling optimization problem, which is one of the main part of driver crew management. Synthetically considering the time, place and task etc. constraint condition, builds the crew scheduling multi-objective programming model, and the optimal object is minimum number and drivers’highest efficiency. And then, based on the thought of "generate and choose", this paper designs the method of combination enumeration tree and greedy algorithm to solve the model. The algorithm can develop the crew scheduling faster and better through example analysis. Last, uses C# development language to develop the metro driver crew management information system. And the system can realize "one-click" to establish crew scheduling, generate crew planning automatically, issue dispatching notice on WeChat, drivers’nameplate management, handle the drivers’ attendance and off-duty formalities, and also deal with the driver leave and resumption, tools management, statistic driver crew information automatically, basic information management etc.Through the site test by the personnel of driver crew management, the system can meet the needs of the scene driver crew management work very well. It also can save manpower and material resources, improve the work efficiency of the driver crew management operation greatly, and achieve the goal of information and intelligent management.
