This article makes the research on the function of the structure for HP and LP bypasssystem used by ultra super critical thermal power plant unit during start-up, operation, andshut-down, the selection princinple of the capacity of bypass system and the combination andeffection of controlling. The priority research is that design scheme of the valve supplied toHP and LP bypass system, the structure of HP and LP bypass vlave, and the method andprinciple of achieving temperature and pressure reducing. It introduces the main parts materialof HP and LP bypass valve and material selection principle. The research also includes thechemical composition of new material and mechanical properties.This article also makes research on adjustment control precision, reliability, operationforce and quick open-close of the hydraulic, motor-operated and pneumatic actuator suppliedto the HP and LP bypass valve. |
