Electronic brake control technology of automobile,as the most extensive automobilebrake control technology,plays a more and more important role in China’s automobile in theprocess of modernization.With the rapid development of electronic technology,it isdeveloping towards digital.intelligent direction.Automobile electronic auxiliary braking baseson the electronic brake control of driver‘s braking operation Instead of traditionallyperformed by a driver braking control,so it is more accurate and reliable in the wheelanti-lock.But the method must be combined with the brake operation to the driver of vehiclestate under various conditions of electronic brake control,this paper uses on the real-timeprocessing method of automobile electronic brake assist and electronic sensing technologybased on the combination of the electronic brake control.It also completes the electronicbraking vehicle state control without the driver’s brake operation.This paper firstly introduces in theory for automobile electronic auxiliary brake controltechnology and real-time control technology, and points out that the advantages of real-timeautomotive electronic auxiliary brake technology and its system structure. The paper focus onthe system of real-time signal processing platform, The processing platform adopts a pieceTI’s OMAP-L137as central control unit with twelve pieces of TI’s MSP430F169as modulecontroller composed of real-time signal processing system, detailed introduction to the designof its hardware structure, including communication between the central control unit and thecontroller module interface design. The processing platform of real-time communication isthe key points of the functions are realized among them, according to the automobileelectronic brake distribution of different control algorithms and flexible to change its datastream, to enhance the flexibility and the real-time performance of the system. In addition theprocessing platform can be used as a general signal processing platform is applied in othersituations, and has a good portability,to increase the practicability of the system.The paper finally introduces the real-time processing platform software design anddebugging, the communication of the central control unit and module controller in datatransmission of CAN bus. It includes design of driver program design and debugging of SPImode and driver design of bidirectional I2C. The real-time processing platform adoptsOMAP-L137control and guidance to the MSP430F169through the CAN bus interface,andavoids competition between the data transmission module controller, and improves theefficiency of data processing.
