With the expansion of the scale of construction of city pineline net and distributionsystem, gas transmission and distribution systems become increasingly complex,backward way of working has been difficult to adapt to the current industry needs,therefore, to ensure the stability and security of gas transmission and distribution, mustbe introduced SCADA technology for the gas transmission with management to providestrong support to achieve the whole process of gas transmission and distribution processunified and centralized monitoring and commanding. The system is based on B/Smode, friendly interface, simple operation, with a certain reliability and safety,providing a large number of valid query, records, statistics, management and otherfunctions, and improve daily safety during operation and control of risk predictioncapability. Effective implementation of computer management, to achieve the orderlymanagement of gas production, and promote the improvement of the level ofautomation of gas technology.With the expansion of city gas transmission network, gas transmission anddistribution systems become increasingly complex, the past unscientific and backwardway of working has been difficult to adapt to the currentindustry needs. The oldbusiness model in the new operating system, unexpected accidents is difficult to detect,peaking work can not beaccurately estimated, the gas company has affected the dailygasdistribution dispatching management and quality of service. Build a modernSCADA system software technology, data monitoring is very essential.This article is based on the needs of gas transmission and storage of Dazhong Gas,through in-depth research, for the mass of the gas company gas reservoir managementstatus, characteristics and requirements to UML modeling and structured fashiondesigned and developed based on B/S mode Dazhong Gas SCADA system, enablinggas reservoir pressure situation information needs. In the system design anddevelopment process, we software engineering methods as the guiding ideology,through the system acquisition equipment to obtain the terminal station monitoring dataand live video surveillance images, the use of. J2EE technologies as adevelopmentplatform in C#as a system development language to SQL Server2000database for thesystem. System combines the use of GIS technology, through the superposition of different types of layers, can in a GIS map also shows the pressure points of themeasured object name,location, gas pipe network layout and so on. Way of usingimages, intuitive monitoring points reflect the situation. And business logicusing EJBtechnology as a data interface to achieve the configuration element information andreal-time data information transmission, the transmission of information to monitor thegraphics module WEB system to achieve synchronization with the data and analysisgenerated by querying the operator required reports. Gas SCADA systems throughoutthe interactive features combined with the MVC design ideas to make the wholeoperation more friendly interface.Dazhong Gas SCADA system will be provided to the gas company a highlyefficient and stable, advanced architecture, data security, systems managementplatform. SCADA system allows the operator to go online viewing intuitive interface toeasily view within the jurisdiction of the regulator station and parameter informationrelated to key users through data query functions analyzed immediately focus on thesame day each user or regulator station entrance, exit pressure and alarm information.And can generate a variety of time statistical reports, including a period of time thepressure graph, one key users or surge tank daily, monthly reports, statistics, the keyusers and regulator station of gas consumption statistics and analysis, etc., to keepabreast of pipeline transmission and distribution companies in various situations. Youcan also set the pressure on the regulator station, stress analysis of reporting, auditing,query, reporting and maintenance of records of inquiries, scientific management of eachsite ’s operation.
