Based Scada Double The Power Monitoring System Renovation Project Implementation And Analysis

This article starts with the demands of the electric power system and the development of the communications technology, introduces the function and the application status of SCADA and discusses the AVC technology that can be applied to SCADA. It also analyses the representative SCADA project and probe into the SCADA engineering potential issues to be solved.The article analyses the upgrading project of Shuangliu SCADA system with careful anatomy and discusses in detail about the problems in the SCADA project from an engineering point of view. It also analyzes and proposes the corresponding solutions, and figures out how to realize it in the project.The article also summarizes the developing trends of SCADA by analyzing the projects that have been put into operation during the past 10 years in Chengdu. It analyzes the structure of the electric power system's SCADA system from the view point of construction staff and system maintenance personnel, and put forward the demands for the needs of the construction process and it also bring forward the problems and possible solution of the SCADA system. At last, this article focuses on the outlook of the future of the SCADA system depending on the Chinese future planning of the power grid as well as the innovations in the IT technology field.
