With the rapid development of economic globalization and informatization, supply chain management is an inevitable outcome of the development of logistics industry both in width and depth. As a new management mode and concept, supply chain management is also the source of enterprises to improve operation efficiency and management benefit. As the foundation and guarantee for Supply chain management, reasonable and perfect logistics infrastructure network can also offer strong support for logistics and supply chain management.One of the railway material enterprises is taken as the research object of this paper, we call it’China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group’in the following. China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group is a large supply chain service enterprise with railway materials supply chain services as the core and focuses on the steel supply chain integration services. China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group offers service such as commerce, transportation, storage, process, distribution, regulation and information management of bulk stock including steel, iron ore and coal. At present, the company’s logistics network system has been initially formed. But problems persist such as the unbalanced network layout, the imperfect management system and the low transport efficiency, resulting difficult to adapt to economic development and new requirements of railway materials and bulk stock while market competition is changing. Through a series of investigation and summary analysis about China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group, this paper undertake system studies and in-depth exploration of logistics network optimization design problems of it.(1) This paper reviews researches on theory of logistics network and logistics network optimization method. Then logistics network optimization model and algorithm are concluded. This paper also analyzes the present situation and problems of logistics demand of China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group, problems and insufficiency of existing logistics network are summarized and analyzed.(2) On the basis of index system composed of12factors, logistics network optimization fuzzy neural network model and gravity model based on the structure of hydrogen atom are established. After that, optimization algorithm of the models is designed. China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group’s logistics network nodes are divided into three layers:20first-level nodes,47second-level nodes and58third-level nodes. Taking northeast Region as example, the coverage area of every node is confirmed.(3) By analyzing the supply chain management status of China Railway Supplies and Procurement Group, optimizing strategies of warehouse management, transportation and distribution management and information management are put forward in allusion to the optimized logistics logistics network.
