Research And Evaluation Analysis Of The Cross-border Logistics Network Structure Of Jilin Province "Sail From Foreign Ports"

At present,China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and is in a crucial period of transformation of the development pattern,optimization of the economic structure and transformation of the driving force for growth.Under the impact of the global epidemic,the world economy is in a severe recession and the domestic economy is under increasing downward pressure.The epidemic prevention and control is at a normal stage.The logistics industry plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,transforming development mode,improving the competitiveness of national economy,building ecological civilization and responding to the epidemic.Jilin Province is in the critical period of promoting the "three five" development strategy and the changjitu development and opening up strategy,building the "three plates" of China and the West,fully launching the implementation of the "one major,six double" industrial space layout,and building a new pattern of high-quality development,is also an important opportunity period of high-quality development of logistics.Aiming at the problems of low quality and efficiency of logistics operation,weak ability of service supply,unreasonable spatial distribution and low degree of network development in Jilin Province,the integration process of regional logistics has been affected.In this case,the construction of scientific and reasonable logistics network becomes an important means to solve the problem of regional logistics development.Based on the strategy of Jilin province to promote the cross-border logistics network of "Sail from Foreign Ports",this paper plans the logistics network of Jilin Province.First of all,based on the characteristics of the policy of " Sail from Foreign Ports " of Jilin Province,the characteristics of cities along the way and the principle of index establishment,a reasonable index system was established.Entropy Weight-TOPSIS method was used to classify the cities of " Sail from Foreign Ports " of Jilin Province,and then regional cities were classified based on cluster analysis.Secondly,based on the classification and classification of cities,gravity model is used to determine the axis and radiation range of the logistics network of "outbound and outbound" in Jilin Province,so as to construct the logistics network according to the axis-spoke model combined with the classification and classification of logistics nodes,as well as the determination of the axis and radiation range.Finally,based on the construction of cross-border logistics network in Jilin Province,it evaluates the efficiency of logistics network by Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).Based on DEA analysis model,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of logistics network in Jilin Province,and provides theoretical value and reference significance for the logistics development planning of Jilin Province.
