As the AC servo system is used more and more widely in the world at present, theperformance wideband of the servo system is increased dramatically. For the sake of thecharacteristic and performance of itself, the PMSM servo system has gained generalregard all around the world. This paper will be based on how to improve the PMSMservo system, and three feedback vector control system and fuzzy control theory will bestudied deeply in order to enhance the performance of the servo system.Firstly on the basis of the mathematic model of the PMSM we will analyze vectorcontrol with id=0field oriented. Space vector PWM (SVPWM) will analyze deeply, which will lay the foundation for the position, velocity, and current three feedbackvector control system. Next Matlab will be used to simulate the three feedback systemand the simulation figure will prove its feasibility, from which we can conclude that thetraditional PI control still have the space for improvement, because of nonlinearcharacteristic structure of the PMSM. So, a kind of fuzzy-PI controller which does notneed the precise mathematical model of the system will be presented in order to improvethe servo system performance. The simulation test indicates that the fuzzy-PI controllerhas the advantage of both; it has a better dynamic performance and robustness, so thecontroller can greatly improve the servo system. In this paper all these work has expounded the principle of three feedback vectorcontrol system, and fuzzy control has been introduced to the servo system, which canprovide the reference significance to the next research of the PMSM vector controlsystem and to the enhancement of system performance.
