Now, the grouting technique has been widely applied in various engineering, the majority of grouting engineer use the cement as the grouting material. however, the cement exists some disadvantages, such as high bleeding ratio, poor stability, low early strength, those disadvantages will affect the engineering quality and progress of the project. Slag power is a kind of industrial scrap, which have been commonly used for the mixed materials of cement and concrete grouting now. At present, the use of slag power is restricted, because the activity of slag powder can not be stimulated. To solve the above problem, this paper use slag power as the main grout materials and has done analyses and many test research in order to reduce costs and improve comprehensive performance of grouting material.This thesis has mainly finished the following aspects:1This thesis study the composition, structure, activity sources and influencing factors of activity, Through the analysis, the thesis determine the activation methods and the types of activator.2Through the preliminary exploratory testing, adding single activator test and adding compound activator test, this thesis determines the activator that can activate the activity of slag power and then use four activators for orthogonal test to gain the optimal formula of activator. Finally, extensive tests have been carried out on two activators.3Based on the orthogonal experiments, the research of slag power grouting material were carried out. Through theoretical and experimental analysis of water cement ratio, slag powder specific surface area, the compound activator types and content of water-reducing admixture, this thesis gains the regular pattern how that four factors impact on the expansion ration, concretion ration, hardening ration, compression strength and initial and final condensing time.4Finally, this thesis analysis the benefit to prove and demonstrate the formula social benefit and economic benefit.According to the comprehensive analysis and experimental study of slag powder, as a green grouting material, grouting material of slag powder has the advantages of good performance and low cost, which has great application value in practical engineering. however, it need to be further study to make its performance more superior and let its have more widely application.
