The selection of grouting materials is a key factor in grouting method At present,most of the grouting engineering of the selected materials are mainly composed of cement,because the cement slurry concretion strength is high Non-toxic low cost advantages,but there are big stones rate low drainage rate Silty sand layer difficult injection problem,these problems will lead to water inrush and mud phenomenon appeared in the process of construction,affect the construction progress Slag powder and clay mineral composition Specific surface area and chemical composition of cement clinker is roughly same,can replace cement clinker by certain proportion.Because the slag powder has potential activity,need to add the right amount of alkali to inspire the active,slag powder has the characteristics of high pressure alkali acid resistance,and in the clay is added to cement slurry,is to take advantage of clay minerals in water after water absorption expansion,to a certain extent,improve water and stability of the slurry and other engineering characteristics this paper chooses-clay-slag powder composite cement slurry as test object,the content of slag powder is 10%20%30%,clay dosage is 5%10%15%,mechanical properties testing by different proportion;Combined with SEM microscopic test analysis,the optimum amount of compound slurry was determined.This paper mainly does the following aspects of research:(1)The properties of slurry composite slurry of cement clay and the solidification reaction mechanism between the materials are studied.(2)The mechanical properties of the mixture ratio of slag powder and clay were tested,such as viscosity,fluidity,water content,calculi strength,etc.,to find the change rule between different mixture ratios.(3)On the basis of the mechanical property test,three different water-binder ratios(0.5,0.75,1)were selected for the above mechanical property test.The optimal water-binder ratio was determined through the comparison between the experimental data of each group.(4)By means of microscopic electron microscope scanning(SEM),the microstructure of the slurry with different mixing ratios,different ages and different water-glue ratios was analyzed.As can be seen from the microstructure picture,when the curing age was 3d,the degree of overlap between hydration products in the slurry was relatively poor,the microstructure was loose and the pores were large.At the time of 7 days,the lamellar crystal Ca(OH)2 and the irregular hydration products appeared,and the overlapping of them was in order.After curing for 28 days,Ca(OH)2,a plate crystal in the slurry,is interwoven with a small amount of hydrated products of fibrous structure to form a more eompact network structure.By means of microscopic electron microscope scanning(SEM),the microstructure of the slurry with different mixing ratios,different ages and different water-glue ratios was analyzed.As can be seen from the microstructure picture,when the curing age was 3ds the degree of overlap between hydration products in the slurry was relatively poor,the microstructure was loose and the pores were large.At the time of 7 days,the lamellar crystal Ca(OH)2 and the irregular hydration products appeared,and the overlapping of them was in order.After curing for 28 days,Ca(OH)2,a plate crystal in the slurry,is interwoven with a small amount of hydrated products of fibrous structure to form a more compact network structure.Figure 23 table 12 references 60...
