ABSTRACT:The energy recovery and utilization technology become a key research program in the wild of excavator energy-saving. For the current, the potential energy of working device has not been achieved for recovery and utilization effectively in hydraulic excavator which also causes system heating, aiming at the problem, this dissertation researches from the following sections:(1) Based on the present excavator energy-saving study, the accumulator energy recovery and utilization technology was drew, and the main content and key points of this paper were put forward based on the study of slewing brake energy recovery and potential energy recovery with accumulator.(2) According to the hydraulic excavator boom potential energy recycling system design goal, from view of traditional excavator boom hydraulic circuit, comparatively analyzed the energy savings, economics and feasibility among different options, the new system was determined and designed. Meanwhile, the operating principle and control method was analyzed.(3) The mathematical model and simulation model of the boom potential recycling programs was established based on the operating principle of hydraulic excavator, the mechanical-electro-hydraulic co-simulation model of the potential energy regeneration system was built up by using the ADAMS and AMESim software.(4) The system components were selected and matched to full play the performance and improve the efficiency according to practical conditions. The new system energy saving rate and operability was manifected quantitatively through the simulation results after the operating characteristic analysis of the traditional system and the new system. Through the above simulation results, the accuracy of the system program and the feasibility of the control strategy were verified.(5) The system of test bench and test program was designed, the accuracy of the system simulation model was verified by comparatively analyzed the result between the simulation data and test data, meanwhile, the fuel saving rate and operability was evaluated in practice by comparatively analyzed the fuel consumption and one movement cycle of the boom between the simulation data and test data.
