Abstract:With the development of urban-rural integration process, quite a few peasantries who had lost territory are living in resettlement residential area; with the design concepts of public participation, it is advocated using space fully and freely. The main characteristics of resettlement residential housing is optional and variability. A kind of new residential structural system was analyzed for resettlement residential area, RC Thin-walled columns and Special-shaped columns composite frame structure, which has wide prospect of development. The feasibility of the RC Thin-walled column and Special-shaped columns composite frame structure has been studied based on force and displacement, using element program PKPM. Three-dimensional model is created, a series of factors are considered, including3seismic precautionary intensity,4buildings forms assembled in2standard floors, the number of floors with rectangle columns at the bottom, and the length of cantilevered beam. Structural force capacity is evaluated from axial compression ratio and shear-span ratio, and structural deformation poperty is evaluated from maximum story displacement and story drift angle. The primary innovative work and achievements are included as follows. Multistorey RC Thin-walled column and Special-shaped columns composite frame works in the elastic stage, while both axial compression ratio and shear-span ratio are in the prescribed limits. RC Thin-walled column and Special-shaped columns composite frame with rectangle columns in first story or the first two story will bring better bearing capacity and stiffness, which can apply to higher seismic precautionary intensity and rising vertical load. The influence of the length of cantilevered beam reflected in the cycle ratio and displacement ratio. Adding support can improve the structural deformation poperty distinctly. The internal force and displacement of multistorey RC Thin-walled column and Special-shaped columns composite frame are studied, using stratification and rigidity theory of elastic design method. To judge the attribute of compound section at stairwell has a marked effect on the internal force of structure. Computation program of strength of Special-shaped columns is given subjected to axial compression and biaxial bending, using the principle of finite element method. The key to solve the behavior and the variation regularity of bearing capacity of RC special shaped columns is to establish coordinate system, which can reflect the relationship between neutral axis and coordinate system. The problem, how to calculate the bearing capacity of arbitrary sections subjected to axial compression and biaxial bending, has been solved by coordinate transformation and digital iteration methods,which can apply to any section.
