Study On School Distribution Layout Of Zengdu District, Suizhou City

In recent years, with China’s steady and rapid economic development and ceaseless urbanization, inner-city residents are more mobile, followed by structural changes of students. It is difficult to see certain situations like every village containing a school or places of learning spreading over the city during the "Pujiu" and "Double-base" period. A large number of rural residents flow into the city, which includes a large number of rural students going to the school in the city, causing a severe structural imbalance of local educational resources. Because of this, the local government has to take measures to adjust the educational resources and rearrange the patterns of schools; therefore a large number of rural schools were merged. At the same time, boarding schools in town are rising in response to the proper time and conditions, combined with increasing pressure of carrying capacity created by urban students year by year and the growing sizes of class, bringing a series of social problems. Based on the research of elementary and middle school layout adjustment in Zengdou District, Suizhou city, this paper reflects the successful experiences and existing problems of layout adjustment in the local elementary and middle schools, Think should be based in Suizhou city and Zengdou area is actual, in the school layout adjustment, give full consideration to the population, the number of students changes, take into account people’s acceptance and students go to school convenient degree, a comprehensive solution to the school and after a series of problems, to further optimize the allocation of educational resources to improve area, compulsory the balanced development of education level.This paper puts forward five suggestions on how to promote the healthy development of rural primary and middle school layout adjustment:the establishment of rural primary and secondary education investment security system; the optimization of the structure of teaching staff in rural areas; the scientific planning on school layout adjustment; steadily promotion of layout adjustment work in elementary and middle schools by taking first pilot; the capability of solving the new problems brought about after school mergence.
