The investment on railway construction project is always huge, the technology is always complex, construction cycle is always long, the influence factors is always complex and the influence is always far-reaching At present There are a lot of deficiency on railway project decision of our country, such as in the main body of the decision-making, decision procedures, decision resources and conditions, decision there is lack of legal environment. So we need to perfect the decision-making mechanism to guarantee railway construction efficiency.The paper stand in the point of the construction unit to introduce related theory about decision-making mechanism into the railway project management, and construct railway project decision-making mechanism.
