Facade Design Study Of Big Size New Architecture In Historic Architecture Environment

Historic buildings carry the memory of the city which is the name of the it. Along withour country urbanization construction has entered a new stage, more and more new buildingsneed to be designed in the historical building environment which means studying how toimplant new buildings into historic environment has become a time issue.The big size new architecture is one kind of the important building types. Many historicbuildings appear in the core area of city development which has a very high economic valueneeding cluster development. At the same time, as people lifestyle is changing, it has alsoappeared more diverse architectural type. So in the two-way under appeal which including thepursuit of the maximization of economic benefits and the meet all kinds of building types,ithas inevitably emergenced the centralized, high-level, big size building types such as theurban context which can be seen in the construction.Building facade is the most intuitive expression of architectural image which is animportant part of the built environment. The big size new architecture is particularly importantthat it occupies the scale of the considerable proportion in the history of building environmentof congenital, becoming the landmark of this region.Whether its design is successful or not, itwill directly influence the urban landscape, which is unavoidable fact. The research content ofthis research is under the condition of the confirmed new building size to design its facade,adapting to the environment, living with the historic buildings, continueing of the urbancontext.This paper is on the basis of both social economic background and historical buildingprotection and renovation of the big size new architecture，of which facade design is dividedinto five links of progressive step by step:1. Collecting and organizing of the literature,2.Study and parsing of the design theory,3. Summary and conclusion of design method,4.tPractice and accumulation of the actual project,5. summary and understanding of the researchtopic. We hope to add a new study chapter of the historical buildings environmentalprotection and renewal theory,offer a new design method for the project practice of historicblocks, contribute a good idea to the protection of the urban context continued construction.
