| As an important carrier of urban history and culture,historical blocks witness the evolution of the city,and showcase the innovation and vitality of the city.It is an important business card of a city and embodies the unique qualities of a city.Protecting and renewing historical blocks to regenerate their vitality is the emphasis of architectural research.This article takes the historical district of Guantao Road in Qingdao as an object,and looks at the issue of urban protection and renewal from a new perspective of "building facade".Based on the feasibility analysis of theory and research,the historical district Strategic research on the protection and renewal of building facades in Qingdao provides valuable references for the protection and renewal of building facades in Qingdao and even domestic historical and cultural districts.At the beginning,in the 1st chapter,it mainly elaborates the research background,research status,research purpose and significance related to the subject,and then preliminarily proposes research methods and research technical routes.Secondly,the2 nd chapter conducts research on the related concepts of historical and cultural blocks and building facades,and discusses the feasibility of applying the perspective of "building facades" to the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.Then,the 3rd chapter analyzes the characteristics of the historical development,location traffic,functional business,and typical buildings of the Guantao Road historical and cultural block,and conducts investigations in terms of architectural height difference,architectural color,and architectural style.Again,4th chapter of this article takes "urban double repair" as the background and combines the theoretical methods of protection and renewal to form a new method of urban memory restoration with urban facade as the medium and urban context as the symbol.Finally,5th chapter takes No.1 Guantao Road as an example to verify and practice the strategy,and complets the aesthetic transformation from designing strategic construction to designing practice in the essay. |
