With China’s rapid economic development, as well as traditional high-speed rolling stockconstraints, China’s high-speed EMU has entered a period of rapid development. Thesuccessful operation of CRH series of high-speed EMU has been to meet both China’s railwaypassenger line and Cable speed requirements, effective mitigation of the tension in China’srailway transport.EMU involves a wide range of technology, in which the AC drive control technology isincluded. In this paper, the author first introduce a high-speed train development status, andthen introduce the ac drive technology, including some of the basic principle of pulse rectifierand traction inverter basic working principle. And then we analyse and design EMU and thedetection of AC drive control circuit protection circuit, reference CRH1EMU exchangecontrol system,. In the final, the train network control is also briefly introduced.Design of control circuit in the rectifier section, the author adopts an integrated moduledriver EXB841IGBT drive control module, and uses in TI’s integrated TMS320F240microprocessor core module, to carry on the pulse width modulated wave control. In thesecircuits, the signal of real-time monitoring drive system of the current, voltage, temperature,motor speed, etc, is detected by the chosen corresponding sensors, and the related protectioncircuit is designed for traction transmission system circuit protection.With the rapid development of computer network technology, the train communicationnetwork in the train control system play an increasingly important role in the final of thisarticle. The author preliminary introduces CRH1emu train network control, and brieflyanalyzed the transfer process of the traction instructions.Through the above introduction, the author completes the design of the Emu ac drivecontrol circuit and the train network, and explains the realization of the traction controlinstruction drive control process. All of these provides reference for study, research emucontrol system.
