The Application Investigations Of Noise Absorbent And Insulation Materials In A Pressing&Stamping Workshop

It’s well known that, anyone may suffer from hearing loss under a long-term noisecondition in the work or life. With the growth of people’s security requirements and legalconsciousness, under the background of more and more strict laws on safety production andoccupational disease prevention and control, production and business operation entities musttake active measures to eliminate or reduce the harm of industrial noise lead to the employees.the nosie level in the workshop of my company is more than the standard. how to takemeasures to control the noise level through the engineering treatments of sound absorptionand insulation will become the focus of this research.Based on theoretical analysis and noise reduction tests, the anthor obtained relevantknowledge about the noise characteristics in my workshop and current situation of the soundabsorption and insulation research, at the same time get some information about theengineering application around home and abroad. The main work of this paper includes:(1) By reviewing related literature from home to abroad, obtained the information aboutthe current states of engineering research in sound absorption and insulation technologyapplication. According to use the servo press instead of traditional press to reduce the noise isthe main direction of research, and there is few noise reduction research on partial operatingpost, and complete closed noise reduction facilities for the whole production line was not yetfound.(2) Based on the theoretical analysis on the control principle and generation mechanismof noise, the author found find out the noise characteristics in the workshop, the appropriatesound absorption and insulation materials for engineering measures has been selected.(3) It has been produce that the noise reduction effect is acceptable based on the noisetest in workshop with the proper sound absorption and insulation material test facility.(4) Through the implementation of noise reduction project and the studies from theoverall effect of noise reduction. it proved the successful use of sound absorption andinsulation technology which reached the objective expectations of the author.It has great significance and popularize value for the existing traditional press productionline by using the research results of this paper.
