With the rapid development of economy, the number of vehicles in the pearl river deltaregion is growing fast. And then the automobile exhaust emission problem is one of the mainreasons for urban environment pollution. As a substitute fuel of vehicle, LNG, LPG, CNGfuel can solve the automobile exhaust emission problem, which will achieve the fundamentalpurpose of control air pollution. However, gas is full of inflammable and explosive, whichwill increase the explosion risks of gas filling stations and storage risks. Most of gas fillingstations built in the city proper, in the event of accidents, it will cause casualties, economicloss and bad social influence. So, how to guarantee the safety operation of gas filling stations,at the beginning of the construction of gas filling stations as well as safety, environmentalprotection and economy how to choose well performance of gas filling stations type isparticularly important.Based on the investigation into the development of vehicles and gas filling stations in thepearl river delta region, and analysis on the present situation, the advantages anddisadvantages of vehicles and gas filling stations construction, this paper adopts the AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which combinesqualitative and quantitative analysis, to construct an optimization evaluation system for gasfilling stations.Meanwhile we take the accident consequence simulation analysis method tomake a simulation and contrastive analysis to the accident influencing space. The maincontents as followed.As to the difficulty of quantizing the index involved in the optimization evaluation systemfor gas filling stations, the paper concludes seventeen main indexs of gas filling station fromanalyzing the fuel, devices, and the process which affect gas filling station safety, theenvironment-conservation influence factors such as noise and car exhaust emissions, and thegas price, the operating and fuel consumption cost that influence gas filling station economy,combining with the research data to gas filling station in the pearl river delta region. Then weobtain gas filling station type optimization evaluation system from adopting the index weightdetermined by the experts evaluation.We make an comprehensive evaluation to the four chosen typical gas filling station type inline with norms, then conclude that the LPG filling station stations safety is the best and LNGfilling station is the best in environment protection and economy, with applying gas fillingstation type optimization evaluation system which is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to chose gas filling station. LNG filling station is the best comprehensive performance by comparing the safety, environmentprotection and economyMaking an accident consequence simulation analysis to the four gas filling stations type bythe accident consequence simulation analysis method, the result shows that CNG fillingstation has the minimal affecting radius, LPG filling station influences smaller space and theLNG/L-CNG combined filling station accident damage radius is the largest.
