With the rapid development of compressed natural gas(CNG)industry,the number of CNG filling stations is increasing,leading to higher risks of filling station operation.Identify the risk factors in the operation of the filling station,and carry out the risk evaluation for the enterprise safe and efficient operation has great engineering significance.This paper aims to statistically analyze the types and quantities of accidents occured in the filling stations,identify and judge the influencing factors of the safety operation risk of the filling stations,put forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and model based on the accident probability,and taking Lang Fang CNG filling station as an example to carry out risk assessment to determine the risk level.As the first step of the risk assessment,this paper use Delphi and check table to analyze the common accident risk of CNG filling station.The statistics include a total of 2589 various types of accidents occurred in 150 CNG filling stations of ENN over the last three years.The number of accidents and the types of accidents occurred in each system of the filling stations were analyzed.gas leak is likely to be the highest frequency in terms of the type of accidents,accounting for 88.11%.In terms of the number of accidents,most of the accidents occurred in the gas sales system,accounting for 54.4%.Secondly,established six models which were station storage system,sale system,gas compression system,pipeline system,capital management system and the software system.then decomposed layer by layer,56 basic factors causing accidents were found.Structural importance is obtained through Boolean algebra equation.13 important influencing factors have been recognized.Thirdly,as the factors affecting the risk of filling station,four aspects of factors are considered,which are material quality,personnel operation,management and external environment.the main factors affecting the risk of filling station,and the risk evaluation index system of CNG filling station is established;On the scope of application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and its characteristics,determined using the method to evaluate the risks of CNG station;The grey relational analysis is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index according to the accident probability,and the theoretical model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.Finally,the risk assessment of CNG filling station in Lang Fang is taken as an example.According to statistics,a total of 15 accidents occurred at this gas stationfrom 2013 to 2015,of which 8 accidents occurred in the gas system.The weight of the five evaluation indexes,including material quality,personnel operation and UPS power supply,were determined.The maximum weight coefficient is material quality,which is 0.42,and the minimum weight coefficient is external force,which is 0.06.Using the evaluation model to evaluate the risk of the filling station,it is concluded that the risk level of the station is acceptable.Risk Evaluation Index System of the filling station in this paper provide the basis for management personnels to take appropriate risk coping strategies.
