Analysis And Optimization Of CNG Filling Station Stypes

As CNG vehicles has been applied abroad in China.CNG filling station has developed quickly.According to the gas source,CNG filling station has 2 types:one is general station(probable standard station),the other is mother-son station. Generally speaking, mother-son station often build in the cities which gas network is still in the rough ,and general station whose technology is recognized as being more mature is used widely in big or medium-sized city .Since 1998, CNG bus vehicles had started to be applied in Beijing.Because of the rough gas network and the policy, all of the CNG fill stations is son station by now.Nowadays,since gas network has improved, it is the prerequisite to build general station.In order to determine that which type in Beijing is superior, the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model was created to carry on the comprehensive comparison to two kinds of plans in this article.In view of the different characteristic , Evaluation index system was established in four aspects:(1) the accomplishment of gas network, (2)safety, (3)environmental friendliness, (4)economical efficiency. In this article, the massive data og the station typies and the gas pipe network placing degree's is gathered. The concept"the pipe network saturation ratio"is proposed.The relation of"the pipe network saturation ratio"and station types is studied.The diffrence in safety, environmental friendliness and economical efficiency is analyzed. These factors is used as the fuzzy set in the fuzzy synthesis evaluation model. Index weight was obtained Based on Information Entropy which is more reasonable to determine index weight.For a specific station—Beyuan station in Benjing, fuzzy synthesis evaluation model is used to calculate. The result indicated that it is more reasonable to change the Beyuan station into the standard station by the actual situation.
