With the rapid growth of electricity demands, the traditional power system is facing acritical period of both opportunities and challenges, the smart grid has become one of thedevelopment trend of future power grid. According to the characteristic of the smart grid, thispaper points out that the intelligent and integrated system of power grid is the importantcontent and steps for the implementation of the smart grid, and the digital substation is thedevelopment foundation of the intelligent and integrated system of power grid.Based on the research background that the intelligent and integrated system of powergrid used in SanXiang area and the information flow oriented, this paper proposes that layeredarchitecture of the intelligent and integrated system of power grid, and analyzes thecorrelation.Secondly, analyzes the electronic transformer, intelligent control terminal, IEC61850communication standard, the communication network of digital substation and the other keyequipment and technology, describes the implementation of this part of the key equipmentand technology, introduces the main functions of control layer, spacer layer and process layerin the hierarchical and distributed system of Substation automation system.Combines with the intelligent and integrated system of power grid used in SanXiangregional substation, reviews the testing process and selection to the key equipment. This paperanalyzes the specific implementation scheme and networking mode of the spacer layer andprocess layer. Introduces realization methods of the monitoring system of station control layerand the four-remote function.Researches on the solution in synchronization problem that the data of the electronictransformer and the conventional electromagnetic transformer. The solution overcomes theproblem of electronic transformer and the conventional electromagnetic transformerconnected to the bus differential protection. Then researches on the alarm of merging Deviceand abnormal data processing method that improves the automatic detection of the electronictransformer for data quality, strengthen the monitoring system of the electronic transformerand merging device. So equipment maintenance is convenient. Researches on the stainlessstructure of double-layer steel terminal box of the intelligent control terminal and itsgrounding measures. This structure can improve the ability of intelligent control cabinet antihigh temperature, damp proof and anti electromagnetic interference.Finally, this paper reviews the important step during the reformation, introduces theadvanced application of the intelligent and integrated system of power grid.
