Currently, the hydraulic technology is on the development of high-voltage, high-speed, high efficient, high power, low noise, long life and integration, in order to meet the needs of the national economic development of low-carbon society, Energy-saving and environmental protection are bound to become a major theme of social development,This also become an important driving force for system research and the development of hydraulic components. Therefore, the energy consumption and the noise con-trol of hydraulic components is inevitable demanding higher. on the other hand, with the development of high pressure and high speed of axial piston pump and motor, more prominent problem of noise and vibration is caused by flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of axial piston pump and motor. how to reduce noise and reduce vibration is become particularly important. there must be a broad market prospects to make and design a new type of low-noise, low-power, high-power axial piston pump.In this paper, we put forward a novel theoretical studies on a balanced axial piston pump with even flow after summarize the Swash-plate Axial Piston Pump. it mainly studies a new rail curve and the simulation of the plunger movement of a balanced axial piston pump with even flow. It first introduced the basic theory of traditional piston pump and the classical theory of Wang Yi; then analyzed the basic idea of axial piston pump with even flow, and then put forward research questions of a new type of rail curve of the helix composed by four pros and cons.then analyzed new rail curve theory on the basis of a balanced axial piston pump with even flow and use Admas software to analyze its motion simulation. Finally, designed and calculated the structure of the main parts of the pump.The main contents include:1. By the premise of guarantee of the piston pump in a uniform flow and axial force equilibrium, design a novel rail curve for piston. this rail curve is a closed curve, which has four positive and negative space helix and four transition curve. The pitch of helix is36mm, the transition curve was made by the maple software. To some extent, uniform flow and axial force equilibrium can be achieved to the new rail curve, Improve the performance of the piston pump and reduce flow pulsation.2.Design a new swash-plate structure through new rail curve, create a three-dimensional model by the three-dimensional CAD software Solidworks, and made virtual prototyping by ADAMS, by the speed and acceleration analysis of the virtual prototype, Verify that the surface of the plane of the swash plate designed spiral curved surfaces can be achieved a uniform flow in the theoretical discharge zones.The topic of this research can supply pressure pulsation and low noise hydraulic source for modern hydraulic system, it will have a wide range of applications in engineering, machinery, mining, military and other related industries. But also it aligned with the high-tech fields supported by national priorities in the strategic needs of the direction of the mechanical engineering discipline, which is strengthen the study of the basic pieces of machinery and general machinery.
