With the rapid development of automobile electronic technology,theperformance of the vehicle electrical and reliability requirements also more andmore popular,how to test auto electrical parts performance has become animportant content in the development of automobile electronic equipment.Among them, the car wiper performance is good or bad that not only theembodiment of the whole vehicle performance good or bad, affect the driver’sjudgment right, more important content is related to the personal safety and soon. Therefore, car wiper design of test system is the need of automobileelectronic product testing, it is also a car electrical performance testing which isbecoming an important part. In automotive wiper experimental bench accordingto requirements, with technology as the core, designed a set of wiper motormonitoring system, the system can accurately testing and monitoring data of themotor running, and can display data and control it, processing. The practicalrunning shows that system performance is stable.Requirement of the production line to monitorglasses of car wiper on thebench device’s working principle was analyzed, and the parts for bench testingof windscreen wiper system, the core issue of motor running voltage, current,speed, surface temperature, environment temperature and humidity test. On thebasis of the analysis summarizes the current detection method, using samsungprocessor as the control core, car wiper monitoring system is designed. Thedesign of Auto wiper system hardware Including motor running when thesurface of the voltage, current, temperature, environment temperature andhumidity, touch screen, the memory circuit, etc. Software design of embeddedapplication design auto wiper system login interface and graphical interfacesystem operation parameters. Boot loader and the kernel of embedded operatingsystem transplant.Current sampling, temperature was designed and implemented, motor operation control, environmental temperature and humidity acquisitiondevice drivers. Finally, on the experimental platform for the system to run thetest research. The car wiper monitoring system can run on the motor voltage,current, surface temperature, environment temperature and humidity, systeminformation such as the accurate acquisition, can through the touch screen tocontrol motor operation mode, through NFS network system to exchange datawith a PC, through the experimental results and embedded developmentexperience can be for future upgrading of products to do further study to lay thefoundation.
