With the continuous development of the national economy,the proportion of electricity as a secondary energy source in consumer terminal energy consumption has increased year by year.Various power electronic devices have emerged.During the development,production and maintenance of power electronic devices,it is necessary to observe and monitor the parameters of some key locations.In view of the disadvantages of the existing detection instruments,such as high cost,large volume and complex wiring,this paper developed an detection system for power electronic devices,which meets special requirements such as multiple detection points and detection point to different ground potential when detecting power electronic devices.The system consists of multiple slave nodes and one master node.In order to simplify the connection,this article proposes a concept of multi-port,that is,the required detection point is described by a port.Detection of the point can be unified to the voltage and current detection of the port.Each slave node is responsible for the collection of a port voltage,current signal and the collected data is sent to the master node using wireless data transmission.This method overcomes the problem of complex wiring in traditional detection instrument.In addition,the power supply from the slave node is powered by the battery,thereby solving the problem of detection point to different ground potential during the detection of the power electronic device.The main node consists of a personal computer and a wireless data module,which can perform the functions of signal detection,data processing,data analysis and waveform drawing.The article first explained the direction of the future development of the detection instrument and the current status of the virtual instrument research,combined with the actual needs,established the overall system design.Then,the hardware circuit and software system for the slave node and the master node are researched and designed respectively.The hardware circuit completed the slave node microprocessor circuit design,sensor circuit design,conditioning circuit design and power supply circuit design,and gave the implementation plan of the data transmission module.The software system completed the research and design of the slave node A/D sampling module,DMA data storage module,data processing module and the US ART communication module.And the communication protocol of the master node and the slave node is established.Based on the MATLAB development platform,the master node interface initialization module,the basic operation module,the function control module,the data analysis module,the data processing and storage module,and the waveform drawing module are designed.Finally,a system test platform was built to verify the feasibility and stability of the multi-port voltage and current detection systems.
