The innovative design has been an important guide of the product design, butthe traditional design methods can not guide the designers to make innovativedesign,in most cases,the product was usually designed based on experience andknowledge background. Through over the half century development, TRIZ theoryhas become one of the most widely used guide the innovative design method, basedon the situation above, the main research of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the paper through the research of basic theory,applied tools andthinking skills of TRIZ theory, summarized the shortage of it and proposed theimprovement in thinking method, knowledge system, design way. According to thecharacteristics of TRIZ theory has weak efficacy in the early time of product design,proposed a constructive innovative design method.Secondly, this paper improved the inventive principles and engineeringparameters of TRIZ theory, sorted the40inventive principles by time, space andresource; Sorting the39general engineering parameters by physical parameter,geometric parameters, engineering parameters, negative parameter.Finally, the application of innovative design method based on TRIZ theory, thearticle defines that nasal feeding device should have the product positioning withnon-human operating transmission of food, easy operation, variety of functions,simple structure, low cost and good appearance. By applying the improvedinvention principle and general engineering parameter determine the structure andmode of sending food system and give several solutions. Through theseparating principle and object-field analysis improved the screw joint structures ofblender; According to product design evaluation proved out the feasibility of designscheme and rationality and practicality of innovative design improved inventiveprinciples and engineering parameters. |
