Research And Innovative Design Of Series Small Stereo Garage Based On Triz

This paper, taken the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ)as theoretical guidance, make comprehensive use of the TRIZ "1141" theoretical system:the technology evolution theory, and TRIZ creative thinking IFR and conflict resolution techniques. On the basis of the concept of innovative design and the survey of existing small stereo garage, a series of small stereo garages for different places are proposed according to the users" requirements to effectively solve the difficult parking problems in the limited spaces, such as in the urban residential districts, streets, malls, and hotels.To the core of TRIZ theory-technology evolution theory as the foundation, this paper predicts the knowledge on the basis of technical maturity, predicts technology maturity of stereo garages using innovation Pro-Innovator software and points out the direction of the product innovation. Combined with the technology evolution mode and evolution route of content, the potential evolutions of the stereo garages are analyzed. Through the investigation of the existing products, user group and user needs of small stereo garages, TRIZ innovative design decision process model are created based on TRIZ. The innovative design goals of the small three-dimensional garages are set.Using TRIZ innovative methods and the navigation mark of TRIZ-IFR as a guide, based on the premise of in-depth research and analysis of the existing small garages,the existing shortcomings on the structure and function are found. According to the steps of IFR, the IFR of different series of products are analyzed and obtained. Together with the innovation of the small stereo garages, part design targets of the series programs are formed.According to TRIZ contradiction solving principle, the direction of the innovation design goal and solving steps of the ultimate ideal solution, the existing problems and shortages of the various small stereo garages are deeply analyzed. Used the general technical engineering parameter description, the problems are transformed into TRIZ standard problems. According to theory of conflict matrix and40inventive principles, a series of product innovative designs are achieved.By using the software of Solidworks and AN SYS, a small stereo garage that is one of the series solutions is simulated. Dual stereo garage of load plate tilting is carried on the simulation and force analysis, which theoretically proves the rationality and feasibility of the scheme.
