With the improvement of living standards of industrial technology and the general public, the capacity of the non-linear power electronic equipment of various sizes continue to access the power system, making the grid more and more complex, the signal is nonlinear characteristics. Therefore, the traditional power frequency sampling technology has been unable to meet the project needs computing power indicators. So how accurate collection workers frequency signal has caused widespread concern for electronic engineers. Predictive precision-frequency synchronous sampling device is built on the basis of the current state-of-the-art computer technology and embedded technology put forward an effective, high-speed, high-precision, with the sampling method.This paper described the purpose and significance of the topic, as well as the synchronous sampling technology development and the status quo. Introduces the basic principles of the predictive synchronous sampling device, in theory, the synchronization error causes and frequency prediction research methods; the predictive-frequency synchronous sampling device overall hardware and software design.Frequency signal sampling hardware circuit and software design and engineering from the frequency prediction algorithm design to two aspects of the device; prediction algorithm introduces the principle of power frequency signal frequency prediction, prediction algorithms as well as algorithms implemented in software;-frequencythe hardware aspects of the signal sampling system, the design of the analog signal conversion circuit based on the the CPLD clock and logic control circuit, a communication circuit and based on ADS1178chip AD sampling circuit, and finally by the harmonics of the FFT calculation to verify that the synchronous sampling accuracy, andshows the corresponding parameters through man-machine interface.Summarized final work on predictive frequency synchronous sampling device, the progress we have made in the synchronous sampling technology is a new sampling method that is forecast synchronous sampling, the synchronous sampling methods used in the past mainly hardware lockphase ring and software interrupt this article through research and simulation theory basically verified the feasibility of synchronous sampling frequency prediction based on support vector machine method. And design the hardware part of the sampling device for predictive control core synchronization the CPLD and micro industrial motherboard. In order to enable the prediction algorithm and synchronous sampling techniques in practice combined with the the predictive synchronous sampling method used in the acquisition of the power signal, and the practical application of the prediction algorithm work be further improved through the development of software Lab VIEW.
