Research On Focusing And Protection System Of Automatic Pressure Gauge Calibration Station

Pressure gauge calibration board is widely used in metrological scrvice of manyenterprises including aviation, aerospace, war industry, metallurgy, clcctricity, petroleum,chemical industry, deep proccss of food and pharmacy and so on. At present, in our countrythe data-gathering in the proccss of pressure gauge calibration mostly relies on people’s eyesand artificial reading. The artificial reading not only easily causcs errors and impacts theaccuracy of verification results, but also makes the low working efHcicncy and heavyworkload. So, in practical production gently needs to implement the automation of pressuregauge calibration.This topic takes the pressure gauge calibration board as the research object. On the basisof the thcorctical study of pressure gauge calibration technology, this paper uses CCD camerawhich has high resolution mimic the human eye to identify the date of pressure gauge andfurther study the security issue of pressure gauge calibration board. According to mechanicaldesign, this ihcsis designs a focusing device which can read the pressure value automaticallyand accomplishes PLC control software that controls the movement of focusing dcvicc. l.romthe view of security, this paper designs protection systems in order to avoid the securityexposure caused by pressure leakage. The test results show that the accuracy of CCD camcramimic the human eye to identify the date of pressure gauge is less than the1/10of index valueof pressure gauge which is remarkable superior to human eye. The humanized design and theartificial intelligent process of testing pressure gauge make calibration safer，more cffcctivcand more convenient.The test results not only have important rcfcrcncc value for the design of auto-focusingsystem and automated lift system, but also have a promotion and guidance role in the actualproduction.
