This article is based on dispatching system of hydropower station which is calledXing Jiang Da He Yan Step Hydropower Station, and the primary coverage of the articleis discuss the algorithm of load distribution in hydropower set which is used in AutomaticGeneration Control in hydropower station. With the substantial overall level of nationaleconomic promotion, people are more and more happy. Afterwards, the demand of thequality of electric energy is more and more high. The power girds are required to meetthe power demand of people, meanwhile ensure that distribution of power in each periodtimely. The distribution of power must be timely and effectively. Automatic GenerationControl which is used as a mature system technology can be used to eliminate thecontradiction between generation electricity and power utilization.There are many algorithm of load distribution in hydropower. Some of them aremature. For example dynamic programming, genetic algorithm and equal incrementalrate. The article is studied on those algorithms and compare after research. In the end, thearticle is raised an idea which make dynamic programming and proportion together torealize the function of AGC in hydropower station. At last, it used the data of thehydropower station to make the method to be feasible. The article is introduced from thefollowing steps.First, introduce the Automatic Generation Control briefly. Stress the importance ofAGC in hydropower station. Introduce the assignment, function and direction of AGC inhydropower station. Second, introduce the algorithm of load distribution in hydropower.Establish the mathematical model of each algorithm. Third, establish the mathematicalmodel of AGC in hydropower station. At last, analyze the AGC through the data of thehydropower station.
