The manual focusing technology for monitoring camera camera is to light the lens manually,rotate the lens,observe the target image with naked eyes,and adjust the lens position to a certain degree of clarity to detect the product.Such a process takes a lot of time,and there is a certain distance between the personal criteria for judging image sharpness and the ideal clear image.Considering the accuracy,detection speed and production efficiency,this paper presents an automatic focusing system based on image analysis for the production line of fixed-focus monitoring lens camera.Firstly,aiming at the auto-focusing process of a fixed-focus monitoring lens camera production line,this paper completes the analysis and design of an auto-focusing algorithm based on image analysis,uses template matching to realize feeding detection,and uses spot detection algorithm to complete auto-focusing operation;secondly,for the whole auto-focusing process,completes the corresponding control logic algorithm design;lastly,aiming at self-focusing.Design and implementation of the algorithm and control system software of the dynamic focusing system,and debug it accordingly.The system mainly solves the problems of inconsistent appearance caused by manual focusing and dispensing operation,affecting product quality,high demand for workers due to precision operation and high training cost.The main research contents of the subject are as follows:First,material feeding detection algorithm design: through feeding operation,based on machine vision and image analysis principle,gray value and variance of the collected image are extracted as features and compared with the corresponding features of the teaching template to automatically determine whether the feeding position is correct;Secondly,design of auto-focusing algorithm: through the lens visual detection,through the Gauss filter,threshold segmentation to get the image target spot,and then using the spot detection algorithm to extract the number of spots,brightness,and as a focus sharpness judgment criterion,that is,when the number of spots reaches the threshold range obtained by the teaching template,the maximum spot brightness will be judged as the best focal length position;Thirdly,the control flow arithmetic design: In this paper,the motion control card is used to connect the motor with the clamp and the dispensing valve to realize the operation of feeding,focusing,dispensing and turning of the worktable,which avoids the complex circuit design and focusing mechanism.Combining the above algorithm with control logic,the system control flow algorithm is designed.Finally,on the basis of the experimental prototype,the feasibility of the aforementioned algorithm is verified by experiments.Compared with the manual focusing experiment,the method described in this paper is more efficient and stable,and the system design of auto-focusing and dispensing curing operation to meet the needs of users is realized.
