Ship collision accident victims is the first China Inland security incidents, It not only causes great economic losses and casualties, serious constraints on the long-term development of China’s inland shipping. How to take effective control strategies to avoid ship collisions is the main problem in our country inland river shipping development. China inland traffic accident statistics show that:More than90%of water transport incidents were related to individual negligence of the crew, At least a60%accident is caused directly by human error. Ship pilots is a core element of water transport system, his driving behavior largely determines the level of water transportation system security. Therefore, control strategy of driving behavior has become to improve vessel traffic safety raised key issues and realization of ship collision avoidance, it has some practical significance.Current, Scholars at home and abroad, mainly through areas of ship collision risk, ship, ship safety and ship automatic collision avoidance system for ship collision avoidance research, Ship driver behavior control strategy research results in faster, and no integrated ship control strategies. It mainly dues to the ship’s pilot study on control strategy of driver-ship-environment variable factors involved too much difficult to mention all of the quantitative analysis. In addition, research theories and methods study system has not yet been formed, the lack of basic data required for research, and there are all kinds of studies the impact model accuracy is not high, the conclusions difficult verification problems, These problems to some extent, restricted the development of collision avoidance strategy research ship. Therefore, the research strategy of the driver’s driving behavior to control the ship has a certain theoretical significance.Therefore, this article is based on the ship relative orientation to divide ship encounter situation, through the investigation of ship safety driving experience behavior theory research and crew, it establishes under the theory of request and the collision avoidance behavior model of actual driving experience. And it applies road traffic simulation software VISSIM on the river ship navigation simulation. In the different encounter situation, it simulates the avoidance behavior, and finally verify correctness avoidance model. This research provides a new idea for the ship’s behavior, to provide theoretical and technical support for the establishment of the ship driver behavior standard, to improve crew water safe driving is an important guiding significance.
