With the development of power electronic technology, people pay more attention to the harmonic pollution of the utility grid. PWM rectifier technology has made rapid development and become an indispensable part in power electronics. It plays an important role in improving the performance of power electronic devices and the development of power electronic technology. It is environmental protection and has been widely used in power transmission, grid-connected renewable energy etcConsidering different index, there are many design methods in three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier (VSR) system design. The range of AC side inductance parameter is may be too large and the parameters of DC side capacitor appear problems because of contradiction of anti-jamming and fast performance index. On the other hand, it is difficult to accurate calculate the mathematical model of three-phase VSR or because of the mathematical model is too complex, regulator PI parameters are based on a variety of simplified assumptions and according to these assumptions the experiment or simulation results may not be well.Aiming at these problems, this paper uses three-phase VSR as the object of study, Based on its main circuit topology and basic working principle, a detailed mathematical model in dq coordinate of three-phase VSR is deduced and the principle and application of the widely used double closed loop current vector control strategy is introduced. The design process of the double closed loop structure is analyzed according to the dq mathematical model, The main circuit system parameters and the design method of controller PI parameters are introduced. Build a three-phase VSR system simulation model in the MATLAB/Simulink environment and given a detailed analysis of the impact on output performance based on the change of inductance on the AC side, DC side capacitor, voltage regulator of proportional coefficient, integral coefficient, limit, current regulator of proportional coefficient, integral coefficient, limit and system switching frequency, cross decoupling and so on. Through a simulation example put forward a set of simple and feasible three-phase VSR system parameter design method, and explain the implementation steps and verifies its effectiveness.Finally, build a three phase VSR experimental system in the lab. Using TI’s TMS320F2808as the controller, introduce some core hardware circuit and detailed software design process and the function of each module and digital implementation of the double closed-loop current vector control algorithm, to achieve high power factor and the DC bus voltage control。 The experimental realization of high power factor control and the DC bus voltage control verified the practicability of the system parameters design setting method.
