Research On The Planning Methods And Design Strategies Of Advanced Business Park

With the development of headquarters economy, a lot of big companies arelooking for the new ways to improve their overall competitiveness. They make themanage ment and production functions separated in space, and set their headquartersor regiona l headquarters in some big cities and districts. This pheno menon makes the“Advanced Business Park”(ABP) to be widely concerned in china. However, becausethis kind of project still doesn’t have a relative design theory, many ABP projects arebuilt just for some economic effects. This causes a lot of socia l proble ms and leads tomany repeated constructions. So, aiming at these proble ms, this article will mainlylaunch its research from the following aspects.1. The artic le starts from the concept of headquarters economy, and defines theconcept of “Advanced Business Park” on the basis of relevant theoretical research inchina and abroad. Then, through the research on the present situation of “ABP”constructions, the thesis syste matica lly ana lyzes the development trends of theseprojects from the aspects of social, economic, policy and so on.2. Through the analysis o f the functions and clusters of the Advanced BusinessPark, the thesis systematically describes its differences between the other types of theIndustria l Park. At the same time, it interprets the characteristics of the “ABP” fromthe aspects of the intellectual efficiency, economical efficiency and so on.3. Basing on the functions and clusters of the “ABP”, the thesis points out thedesign logics fro m the pla nning, functiona l organization, space infiltratio n etc. Andthen, on the basis of these design logics, it systematically describes the methods ofhow to design an Advanced Business Park.4. From the research of JD model and the environme ntal integrated design, thethesis systematically analyzes the benefits of us ing new theory in the “ABP” design.At the same time, it analyzes an actua l case, in order to make it clear and point out anew direction for the future designs.In all, this thesis a ims to define the concept of the “Advanced Business Park”,and establis h a more comprehensive understanding o f its functiona l syste m. At thesame time, the researches on the design lo gics and methods, clearly summarizes asystemic design theory and points out the new theories that can be used in the “ABP”project.
