Exploring The Approach For Landscape Planning And Design Of Advanced Business Park

In the twenty-first century, headquarters economy has generated with increased competition in the global economy. It’s an area where attracts enterprises make centralized arrangement for their headquarters because of its resources with the layout of their manufacturing base in the outlying areas of the city. Headquarters economy is the cause of birth of "ABP".ABP has attracted widespread attention since Beijing Feng Tai headquarters base started building in 2003. Under the incentives of local governments, major cities have started construction work on such projects in China, which reach a lot of building size and number. ABP has become a new type of urban space, it doesn’t look like urban green space planning and design neither city commercial street landscape design. Its special features and people who use lead to unique landscape space and place atmosphere.This article analyzes the current issue,features and landscape demands of ABP based on summarizing concept and characteristics of headquarters economy and ABP. It also summarizes domestic and foreign outstanding theory and successful practices about ABP. Then, through the summary of Chongqing Long Xing ABP Landscape Planning and Design and other cases, it attempts to explore the landscape planning and design strategies ABP In perspective of building unique landscape atmosphere, forming rational landscape structure, creating a multi-level space experience, organizing convenient traffic flow lines, making clear landscape image and using practical eco-technology. It provides reference to ABP landscape planning and design from now on.The overall structure of this article follow the longitudinal logical extension of “Propose research proposition—Reference and issues—Analytic proposition—Project Case Studies—Build Core Methodology”. The main contents include the following sections:The first part makes literature survey towards domestic and foreign business parks, industrial parks and other types of high-tech parks.
