Because of its speed and acceleration, high precision, simple structure, small vibration and noise, large dynamic response, etc., Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is gradually widely used in modern industry. Linear motor servo system and the traditional "rotary motor+ball screw" servo system, despite the elimination of the intermediate transmission links, but it also brings a higher degree of difficulty for the control of system.Despite the traditional PID control is easy to realize,and has the advantages of simple structure, but in the case of high accuracy, we must consider the impact of additional external perturbations and parameter perturbations and uncertainties. Therefore, in order to control the effect of high-precision high-speed, should seek more effective control strategies.Based on the analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor reaches operating principle, derived a mathematical model of linear motor, corresponding simulation model was constructed linear motor in Matlab/Simulink environment, obtained by simulation of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor speed and thrust waveform in the traditional PID control.Meanwhile for the demand for linear motor interference and overshoot aspects of this paper, consider the advantages of traditional PID control and fuzzy control, will introduce the idea of variable universe controller design, and design a variable universe fuzzy PID speed controlMeanwhile, the design of the control system is the most critical aspect of the design of fuzzy control rules, which directly determines the performance of the control system, Get the general experience of the site by staff and experts, due to the subjectivity of human experience and randomness, it is difficult to achieve the desired control effect. Therefore, this added a genetic algorithm to optimize the fuzzy control rules in fuzzy PID control system in order to achieve complex control systems and high-precision servo system good control effect.Simulation results show that the genetic algorithm based on fuzzy PID controller than conventional PID controller is more robust and dynamic response performance proved this method is an effective method.
