Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has become the mainstream execution motor of AC servo system with its small volume,high efficiency,low noise,high reliability,small moment of inertia and highpower density.It is widely used in electric vehicles,aviation equipment,national defense,CNC machine tools,agricultural machinery and other fields.Although the traditional PID control is simple in structure and easy to implement,the influence of parameter changes and external disturbances on the control system should be considered when the accuracy and speed requirements are high.In order to adapt to different working environments and fulfill higher dynamic and static performance requirements of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system,a more effective control strategy should be sought to enable the system to achieve adaptive control.In recent years,intelligent control technology has become increasingly mature,and its application in the field of motor control has also achieved certain results.This paper proposes to use one of intelligent optimization algorithm-Artificial Bee Colony algorithm(ABC)-into the fuzzy PID control to realize the adaptive control of PMSM speed control system,and build the SVPWM control and fuzzy PID control based on Matlab/Simulink environment.The simulation model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system is compared and analyzed by simulation experiments which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the control method.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of control system for overshoot and anti-jamming,based on the variable universe fuzzy control theory and the traditional fuzzy PID controller,this paper designs a variable universe fuzzy PID controller based on intelligent optimized algorithm and apply it into PMSM speed control system.After constructing the system model in Matlab/Simulink and performing simulation and comparison experiments,it is verified that this control method improves the dynamic,static performance and robustness of PMSM speed control system.
